5Exclusions

Unless specifically included in writing, the following shall be excluded and payable directly by the customer:

• Airfare Difference For Departures From Cities Other Than Bengaluru
• Airline Fare Increases
• Peak Season Surcharges
• Excess Taxes
• Airport Taxes
• Seat Selection
• Baggage Charges
• Airport Transfers
• Travel Insurance
• Visa Costs
• Porterage
• Tips
• Meals Beyond Specified Inclusions
• Minibar Expenses
• Laundry
• Room Service
• Sightseeing
• Local Transport
• Personal Expenses
• Upgrades
• Early Check-in
• Late Check-out
• Child/adult Supplements
• GST
• TCS
• And All Applicable Government Levies/taxes

Any increase in supplier cost, fare, tax, surcharge, or operational expense after booking confirmation shall be payable by the customer.

6Booking, Validity & Amendment Policy

• All Travel Booking Requests Must Be Made At Least Fifteen (15) Clear Days Prior To The Intended Travel Date.
• The Offer Is Valid Only For Travel Completed On Or Before 31^st December 2026.

Any Unutilised, Partially Utilised, Expired, Cancelled, Forfeited, Or Unredeemed Booking Shall Automatically Lapse Without:

• Refund
• Extension
• Replacement
• Compensation
• Carry-forward
• Or Credit Note

All Bookings Are Strictly Subject To:

• Airline Availability
• Hotel Inventory
• Blackout Periods
• Supplier Policies
• Operational Feasibility
• And Travel Partner Approval

Blackout Dates Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Long Weekends
• Public Holidays
• Festive Periods
• School Holiday Periods
• Christmas And New Year Periods
• Peak Travel Seasons
• Conferences
• Exhibitions
• Concerts
• Sporting Events
• And All High-demand Dates Determined By Suppliers Or The Travel Partner

If Promotional Inventory Or Contracted Fare Categories Are Unavailable, The Customer May:

• Choose Alternate Dates
• Choose Alternate Hotels
• Choose Alternate Flights
• Or Pay The Applicable Fare/rate Difference
• The customer shall not be entitled to claim the cash value, market value, replacement value or any monetary equivalent of the Offer under any circumstances.
• All Bookings Become Final, Binding, Non-refundable, And Non-cancellable Immediately Upon Written Confirmation by the Travel Partner.

Post-Confirmation Customer Changes

Any modification, amendment, correction, postponement, advancement, cancellation, rescheduling, reduction, extension, or change whatsoever requested by the customer after booking confirmation — including but not limited to changes in:

• Travel Dates
• Flight Schedules
• Passenger Names
• Guest Details
• Destinations
• Departure City
• Airline Preference
• Hotel Preference
• Hotel Category
• Room Category
• Occupancy
• Itinerary Structure
• Duration Of Stay
• Inclusions
• Or Travel Sector

shall:

• Be Subject Strictly To Supplier Approval, Inventory Availability, And Operational Feasibility
• Attract Applicable Airline, Hotel, Supplier, Amendment, Cancellation, Retention, Convenience, Administrative, And Processing Charges
• Require Payment In Full Of All Fare Differences, Surcharge Increases, Tax Differences, Forex Fluctuations, And Operational Cost Increases
• And May Result In Partial Or Complete Forfeiture Of The Promotional Travel Benefit

crash.club and/or the appointed travel partner shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Increase In Airfare
• Increase In Hotel Rates
• Inventory Loss
• Blackout Restrictions
• Supplier Refusal
• Operational Limitations
• Cancellation Penalties
• Loss Of Negotiated Inventory
• Withdrawal Of Promotional Rates
• Or Unavailability Arising Due To Customer-requested Changes After Confirmation

Any revised or amended booking shall be treated as a fresh booking request and shall be governed by prevailing supplier policies, current market fares, operational feasibility, blackout restrictions, and availability applicable at the time of amendment. Multiple amendment requests may not be permitted and may be declined at the sole discretion of crash.club and/or the travel partner. No verbal assurances, goodwill gestures, prior exceptions, staff discussions, or indicative communications shall create any obligation to approve amendments, waive charges, or reinstate expired promotional inventory. Failure by the customer to promptly confirm revised costs, provide required documents, approve amended itineraries, make applicable payments, or respond within stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation, release of inventory, or forfeiture of the promotional benefit without liability on crash.club or the travel partner. Any amendment requested after ticket issuance, hotel confirmation, supplier payment, or operational processing has commenced may attract full supplier cancellation charges and/or rebooking costs even if the customer ultimately chooses not to travel. In the event that a requested amendment renders the booking commercially unviable, operationally impractical, unavailable, or disproportionately expensive compared to the original promotional allocation, crash.club and/or the travel partner reserves the right to decline such amendment request without compensation or liability.

• The Customer Must Verify All Booking Details Immediately Upon Receipt. Any Correction Request Must Be Raised Within Twelve (12) Hours of Issuance, Failing Which the Booking Shall Be Deemed

Accepted As Correct.

• Any Delay By The Customer In Providing Documents, Approvals, Passenger Details, Confirmations, Payments, Or Travel Preferences Shall Be Entirely At The Customer’s Risk And May Result In Fare

Increases, Inventory Loss, Blackout Restrictions, Rescheduling, Or Forfeiture Of The Offer.

7Cancellations, No-Shows & Forfeiture

• Once Confirmed, All Bookings Are Strictly Non-refundable And Non-cancellable.

No Refund, Reimbursement, Compensation, Exchange, Replacement Benefit, Extension, Cash Alternative, Or Credit Shall Be Provided whether in whole or in part In Case Of:

• No-shows
• Missed Flights
• Denied Boarding
• Delayed Arrival
• Early Departure
• Unused Hotel Nights
• Unused Inclusions
• Illness
• Medical Conditions
• Visa Rejection
• Weather Disruptions
• Force Majeure Events
• Operational Changes
• Personal Emergencies
• Or Customer Negligence
• Any Cancellation Or Amendment After Confirmation Shall Attract Applicable Supplier, Airline, Hotel, And Administrative Charges.

If The Qualifying Invoice Is:

• Cancelled
• Refunded
• Disputed
• Reversed
• Reduced Below Eligibility Threshold
• Exchanged
• Or Subjected To Chargeback

the Offer shall automatically become null and void.

• If Travel Has Already Been Booked Or Utilised, The Customer Shall Reimburse The Full Package Value And All Associated Costs Incurred By crash.club And/or The Travel Partner.

8Role of crash.club & Travel Partner

• crash.club Acts Solely As The Promoter Of This Offer.

crash.club Does Not Own, Operate, Manage, Or Control:

• Airlines
• Hotels
• Transportation Providers
• Travel Operators
• Or Hospitality Services

All Operational Responsibility Relating To:

• Travel Fulfilment
• Ticket Issuance
• Booking Management
• Reservations
• Customer Support
• Cancellations
• Delays
• Rescheduling
• Refunds
• Operational Changes
• And Dispute Resolution

shall lie solely with the appointed travel partner and/or relevant suppliers.

• The Customer Agrees That All Travel-related Disputes, Complaints, Claims, Operational Issues, Or Service Concerns Shall Be Raised Directly With The Travel Partner.
• The Customer Further Agrees Not To Implead Or Hold crash.club, CKC Group, Or Their Affiliates Liable For Travel-related Operational Matters Except Where Legally Non-excludable Under Applicable Law.

9Limitation of Liability

crash.club, CKC Group, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Flight Delays
• Cancellations
• Rescheduling
• Denied Boarding
• Hotel Quality Issues
• Supplier Deficiencies
• Operational Changes
• Baggage Loss
• Theft
• Injury
• Illness
• Accidents
• Death
• Force Majeure Events
• Or Any Travel-related Inconvenience, Disruption, Or Loss

Under no circumstances shall crash.club or CKC Group be liable for:

• Indirect Losses
• Incidental Losses
• Emotional Distress
• Reputational Harm
• Business Interruption
• Opportunity Loss
• Travel Disruption
• Or Consequential Damages

The total maximum liability, if any, of crash.club and/or CKC Group shall not exceed the promotional value allocated to the specific booking in question.

10Force Majeure

Neither crash.club nor the travel partner shall be liable for any failure, interruption, delay, cancellation, rescheduling, or change caused directly or indirectly by:

• Acts Of God
• Floods
• Storms
• Earthquakes
• Pandemics
• Epidemics
• Strikes
• Labour Disruptions
• War
• Terrorism
• Civil Unrest
• Airline Shutdowns
• Airport Closures
• Government Restrictions
• Supplier Insolvency
• Weather Conditions
• Or Any Event Beyond Reasonable Control

11Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to comply with:

• Airline Policies
• Hotel Policies
• Immigration Requirements
• Local Laws
• And Supplier Regulations

Any of the following may result in cancellation of services, denial of boarding/check-in, forfeiture of the Offer, additional charges, and legal action where applicable:

• Abusive Behaviour
• Misconduct
• Intoxication-related Disruption
• Illegal Activity
• Property Damage
• Harassment
• Threats
• Or Violation Of Supplier Policies

crash.club and/or the travel partner reserve the right to recover from the customer all costs, losses, damages, penalties, or liabilities arising from the customer’s misconduct, illegal activity, or breach of supplier policies during the travel period. Any attempt to create false disputes, suppress material facts, misuse the Offer, threaten staff, or pursue unjust enrichment through bad-faith claims shall entitle crash.club and/or the travel partner to immediately cancel the Offer and recover associated costs.

12Privacy & Marketing Consent

By participating in this Offer, the customer consents to:

• Sharing Of Relevant Booking Information With The Travel Partner
• Communication Regarding The Offer
• And Reasonable Use Of Voluntarily Shared Testimonials, Photographs, Videos, Or Travel Feedback For Promotional Purposes

crash.club shall process customer information in accordance with applicable law and internal privacy practices.

13No Cash Alternative

This Offer is a promotional benefit only and shall not constitute a cash entitlement. No cash alternative, refund, buy-back, credit, reimbursement or monetary compensation shall be provided in lieu of the Offer.

14No Verbal Representations

No verbal statement, sales discussion, staff assurance, influencer communication, indicative illustration, hotel reference, airline reference, or marketing representation shall override these written Terms & Conditions. Only written confirmation issued officially by crash.club and/or the appointed travel partner shall be valid and binding. In case of any inconsistency between promotional creatives and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

16General Conditions

• crash.club Reserves The Right To Amend, Revise, Modify, Suspend, Or Withdraw This Offer And/or These Terms & Conditions At Any Time Without Prior Notice.
• Any Relaxation, Waiver, Or Exception Granted In One Instance Shall Not Constitute A Precedent.
• If Any Provision Is Held Invalid or Unenforceable, The Remaining Provisions Shall Continue to Remain Valid and Enforceable.
• crash.club reserves the right to substitute, modify or replace any component of the Offer with a benefit of comparable value without incurring any liability.
• Any unclaimed, unused, forfeited or expired Offer shall stand permanently extinguished without compensation or liability.
