Refund policy

Return Policy:
We are happy to offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy for unused and unworn items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or credit.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund or credit, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or protective covers.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or customization.

Return Shipping:
Free return shipping is available for eligible returns where the return shipping costs do not exceed Rs. 75 and for pin codes covered by our courier partners. If the return shipping charges exceed Rs. 75, all charges (including return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 75 will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.

Non-Serviceable Pincodes:
For non-serviceable PIN codes where our courier partners do not offer return services, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment to our warehouse. The customer will receive Rs. 75 towards shipping charges along with their refund.

Missing Items in Return Orders:
In the event of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all the items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP (Maximum Retail Price) of the missing product from the refund amount. This policy applies to promotional products, including but not limited to, free gifts and silver coins.

No Returns or Exchanges on:
Products Below Rs. 2,000:

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on products with a value below Rs. 2000. All sales of such products are final.
Products bought via Cash on Delivery
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on products which are bought with the "Cash on Delivery" (or COD) method. All sales of such products are final.


Item Inspection:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. The inspection process includes examining the item for any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or customisation.

Inspection Results:
If the returned item passes the inspection and meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund or credit process. The refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria and fails the inspection, the following steps will be taken:
1. Notification: We will notify the customer that the returned item did not pass the inspection and provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the decision.

2. Return Options: Depending on the specific circumstances, the customer will be offered the following options:
 - Return of the item: The customer may choose to have the item returned to them at their own expense.
 - Donation or disposal: Alternatively, the customer may agree to have the item donated or disposed of in an appropriate manner.

Deductions:
In cases where the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, deductions may be applied. These deductions may cover any costs incurred during the return process, including shipping, handling, and inspection fees. The deductions will be communicated to the customer along with the notification of the inspection results.

No Returns for International Orders:
Please note that for international orders, we do not accept returns. All international sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend carefully reviewing product details and specifications before making an international purchase.

Return Shipment Process:
To initiate a return, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care team, and we will assist you in arranging the return shipment. For areas where a return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you may use your own shipping partner to return the item to our warehouse. Please note that shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties, are not refundable.
